Zappy is a shipping software that integrates with Castle Parcels, and many other couriers and freight companies.

Zappy is proud to team up with Castle Parcels to help “deliver” you the great service you and your customers deserve. Castle Parcel is a subsidiary of Freightways, it provides cheap courier service who has been delivering packages all over New Zealand since back when Disco was in style. They have branches in Auckland, Wellington, North Harbour, and Christchurch and from there reach every corner of New Zealand and beyond.

Through the Zappy system, you can now send your store, website or Trademe orders etc to Castle Parcels. You can get courier prices from Castle, print Castle tickets, book Castle pickups, track Castle items and order Castle satchels within the Zappy App.

Castle Parcels has products which make shipping simple. You can select one of their 3 satchel sizes or send using your own packaging. Their satchels can hold up to 15kg, they comes in 3 sizes – Small 210 x 260mm, Medium 280 x 390mm and Large 450 x 450mm, their Large Satchel is actually more like the Xtra Large satchel offered by other courier companies.

Castle Parcels is one of the more cost effective courier services available. However, they do not provide overnight inter-island express services and operate two pickup and delivery cycles per day. If you require additional pickup flexibility, express services, or nationwide pickup coverage, Post Haste may be a suitable alternative. Please note that Castle Parcels pickups are only available from Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington locations.
